Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Ortega Studio! Every piece in our shop is made to order and 3D printed just for you, with love and care in every detail.

Made-to-order production time: We are currently in our peak season, so production takes 10 to 15 business days before your order ships. If your order is ready earlier, we'll ship it sooner.

Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, and Spain.

Shipping rates and delivery times:

• United States Standard — $8 (3–5 business days)
• United States Express — $15 (1–2 business days)
• Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $100
• Canada & Spain — carrier-calculated rates (USPS, UPS, FedEx) at checkout

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ortega Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Please note 💛 This item is 3D printed and made to order just for you. Because of the 3D printing process, small variations in size, texture and fit are completely normal and are not defects — visible layer lines are a natural part of 3D printing. The topper is decorative: it rests on top of the can holder and does NOT screw or thread on, and dimensions are approximate, so your piece may vary slightly from the photos or from another piece. If anything about your item looks off, message us before leaving a review — we're happy to help!
